Meta Rolls Out Major AI Model Update to Compete With OpenAI, Anthropic
Hyperdash NewsEquitiesMeta released an upgraded version of its Muse Spark AI model, Muse Spark 1.1, three months after its initial unveiling. The company is charging for use of its AI, with access priced at $1.25 per million input tokens and $4.25 per million output tokens. This positions Meta directly against the business models of Anthropic and OpenAI.
This release follows Meta's April debut of Muse Spark, the first text and reasoning AI model from its superintelligence team.
