Hyperdash Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Hyperdash provides analytics and portfolio tooling for on-chain trading teams. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the Personal Information (as defined below) you share with us. This Privacy Policy outlines the categories of Personal Information we collect, how we use and store it, and the rights available to you.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked with you (“Personal Information”) as well as non-personal information that does not reveal your identity.

• Account Information: wallet addresses, email address, username, and organization details you provide when you create or modify an account.
• Usage and Device Data: log files, device identifiers, browser type, IP address, time zone, and information about how you interact with the Services.
• Third-Party Data: information we receive from partners, analytics providers, or single-sign-on services when you link them to your Hyperdash account.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive Personal Information unless required by law or regulatory obligations.

3. How We Use Information

We process Personal Information for the following purposes:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including personalization and feature development.
• Authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity.
• Communicate with you regarding product updates, security alerts, technical notices, and support.
• Comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect the rights and safety of Hyperdash and our users.
• Analyze usage to understand adoption, improve performance, and develop new functionality.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell Personal Information. We may share Personal Information in the following situations:

• With vendors and service providers who assist us with hosting, analytics, communications, and security.
• With professional advisors (lawyers, auditors, insurers) where necessary for compliance and protection.
• If required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or a portion of our business.
• With your consent or at your direction when integrating with third-party services.

5. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect Personal Information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. However, no security measure is perfect and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted or stored via the internet.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of Personal Information, as well as the right to data portability. You can exercise these rights by contacting us using the details in the Contact Us section.

You may opt out of non-essential communications by following the unsubscribe instructions included in those messages or by contacting us directly. We may still send transactional or service-related notices.

7. International Transfers

Hyperdash operates globally and may transfer Personal Information to countries other than the country in which the data was originally collected. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards to ensure such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.

8. Data Retention

We retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When we no longer require Personal Information, we will delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention practices.

9. Hyperdash in ChatGPT

The Hyperdash app in ChatGPT answers questions about Hyperliquid markets and traders from public market and on-chain data. It is read-only: it cannot place trades, move funds, or connect to your wallet, and it never asks you to sign in or to share passwords, private keys, or seed phrases. This section describes what Hyperdash receives when you use the app. OpenAI's handling of your conversations is covered by OpenAI's privacy policies.

Information we receive

• Requests: the tool ChatGPT calls and the inputs it sends, such as a market symbol, a wallet address, a search term, or a time range. We do not receive your conversation history, your other messages, or your ChatGPT account details such as your name or email address.
• Anonymized user ID: an identifier OpenAI creates so that apps can apply usage limits without knowing who you are. We do not link it to a Hyperdash account.
• Request metadata: the time of each request, and the IP address and user agent of the OpenAI server that sends it. These describe OpenAI's servers, not your device.

ChatGPT may also attach hints to each request, such as your locale, approximate location, and browser type, and anonymized conversation and organization IDs. We do not use, log, or store them.

How we use it

• To answer your request.
• To apply usage limits and stop abuse. We count requests per anonymized user ID and can block an ID that abuses the app.
• To operate and troubleshoot the app. Our logs record which tool ran and how long it took. When a request fails or exceeds a usage limit, they also record the inputs involved, such as a wallet address, or the anonymized user ID.
• To count visits from ChatGPT. Links to hyperdash.com in the app's answers carry utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign tags that name the tool that produced them, and no user identifier. If you open one, the rest of this policy applies to your visit.

We do not sell this information, use it for advertising, or use it to build a profile of you.

Who receives it

• Service providers that run our infrastructure: hosting, databases, network security, and error monitoring.
• Hyperliquid's public data services may receive a market symbol or wallet address you asked about when we fetch live data for it, but nothing that identifies you.
• Others only as described in Section 4, for example when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Usage counters kept per anonymized user ID: deleted automatically within 24 hours.
• Cached answers: 30 seconds. The cache is keyed by a fingerprint of the request, not by user.
• Server logs and monitoring data: deleted within 30 days.
• Blocks on anonymized user IDs that abused the app: kept until we lift them.

Your choices

• You can disconnect or remove the Hyperdash app in ChatGPT at any time. ChatGPT then stops sending us requests on your behalf.
• The app only needs market symbols, wallet addresses, and similar inputs, so leave personal details out of the questions you ask it.
• To ask about this data or exercise your privacy rights, contact us as described in Section 12. Because we receive only an anonymized ID, we may not be able to match requests to you.

10. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly solicit or collect Personal Information from them. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it promptly.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. When we make material updates, we will revise the “Last updated” date and, where required, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
